continued from Train Tracks.

I walked on to the source of the bewitching tune,which I can only put it somewhere between Indian and Arabian. It has that pinch of happiness,yet the beat that will make you sweat after prolonged listening. It seemed to be coming from inside the Hindu temple. The path I stood on was in the open, the temple resides among a messy shade of palm trees and banana trees.

Its roof protruded out from the greenery. On it were small intricately carved statues, I could only recognise Lord Vishnu, the one in blue, the rest were foreign. The path cuts into the shade, leading up to the back exit of the temple. A ray of light shone down through the thick leaves onto the imperfect backdoor that looks more like a stack of wire mesh, cupboard, newspapers and scotch tape hinged to the wall. It was slightly ajar so I peered in curiously, I could see Hindus. My mind start boiling up wild thoughts, what if they are some weird tribesmen and they catch me and eat me?

The music was too enchanting for me to walk away immediately, I stood there like a retard. Until somebody invited me in, I was expecting it, Hindus are generally kind. They signalled me to remove my shoes which I had walked in with. I had unknowkingly been invited to something similar to a church service!
